How do I connect your internet?
Leave a connection request on the site or call us. After receiving it we will check technical feasibility, timing and cost at your address, then contact you to agree on a convenient date and time.
Does your internet work during power outages, and for how long?
Yes. All our nodes have powerful batteries keeping the network running for at least 96 hours (4 days); for longer outages the nodes switch to diesel generators. GPON subscribers only need power for their router. More on the blackout page.
Do you support IPv6?
Yes, we provide IPv6 addresses to virtually all subscribers for free – each gets a static /56 block. More on the IPv6 page.
How much does the connection cost?
If our network covers your address, the connection is free. And with our promotions you can also get a free month of gigabit internet or a discount for a year ahead.
How fast do you connect?
Usually within 1–2 days after the request. We will call, agree on a convenient time – and a technician arrives with all the necessary equipment.
I already have a provider. Is it worth switching to you?
Yes: there is a dedicated Perekhid plan for switching – 24 months of internet up to 500 Mbps for one payment (from 120 UAH/mo), free connection, free terminal rental and a 14-day money-back cancellation option. Can I get television together with the internet?
Do I have to buy your router?
No, any working router will do – we help configure it for free. If you wish, you can buy from us a gigabit dual-band router with delivery and free setup.
What should I do if the internet suddenly goes down?
Rebooting the router helps most often. We collected step-by-step tips, and if that does not help – call our 24/7 support and we will send a specialist if needed.
